Workforce and resource scheduling

Assign people, equipment and tasks under your rules.

We build and operate scheduling software that accounts for availability, skills, rest periods and deadlines. Your team receives proposed assignments to review before use.

Discuss your problem

The decision

Who performs each task, with which equipment and at what time to meet demand.

The data

Tasks, durations, skills, availability, rest rules and priorities.

What your team receives

An assignment schedule and a way to compare alternatives when conditions change.

Example problem: covering an absence without rebuilding the entire shift.

Reassigning one task can affect rest periods, skills and later work. The model evaluates alternatives within agreed rules so your team can review which commitments remain achievable. This example does not promise that a feasible plan always exists.

Before we start

Can it account for our contracts and rules?

Applicable rules are defined and validated with your team. We do not assume a generic configuration covers every contract or workforce requirement.

What if all tasks cannot be covered?

The model’s response to insufficient capacity is agreed in advance: for example, flagging uncovered demand or comparing permitted alternatives without hiding violations.

Do we need to maintain the software?

OptimAI manages the model and its operation within the agreed scope. Your team owns the knowledge of its rules and approves changes.

Start with the problem you need to solve.

Tell us what you decide today, which constraints matter and what needs to improve. We can review the scope and available data together.
